5S Concept Simplifies Office Work:- 5S has been one of the most talked about topics in our offices and shop floors about how to organize our workplace just the right way. 5S Concept is a Japanese technology of organizing to improve efficiency. The purpose is to assign a location for every object and keeping the objects at the assigned locations. This helps in reaching the objects required with ease without losing much time in searching. This method deals with three things what are the items that require arrangement, where to place the items, and how to place them. The next 5S concept, Seiri says separation of the wanted and unwanted materials at workplace. This will reduce the hazards and clutter, which will not hinder the productive work. Seiketsu says standardization of the process. 5S Concept is not a one-time implementation process.
