I was trying to install Exchange 2010SP1 MailBox role with a previously existing Exchange2003 environment. And was getting following error;

Solution:
After tying few stuff I got it fixed by removing Discovery Mailbox user a/c created as a prepareAD & restart the Exchange setup.
