The main tools you need to make this solution are definitely your coffeemaker, white vinegar and water. Now follow the instructions as mentioned below.
- Try removing all the remnant of coffee from the maker carafe and also remove everything from the container. Remove the filter as well.
- Make the solution by adding 100 ml of vinegar and 200 ml of water, and then wash the carafe with this solution.
- Pour the vinegar and water solution into the coffee maker’s reservoir and turn the maker on to brew mode and once the brewing cycle is complete, turn off the coffee maker.
- Try to keep the brewing vinegar solution like this for 10-15 minutes.
- Now it is time to clean the carafe by boiling just water foe at least twice by running the cycle of coffee maker. Try to give interval of 10-15 minutes between each coffee maker cycle.
- After these entire steps, try to clean the carafe with dishwashing liquid and warm water.
