The most common form of fat in the human body is triglycerides. They come from two sources namely through the food we consume while eating and secondly produced by the body. High triglycerides are an indication to heart disease. This is now recognized as higher risk for coronary heart disease or CDH. High protein diet does not provide some minerals, fiber, vitamins etc. Fresh fruits and vegetables should be included in diet. They are rich in fiber content. In all vegetables and natural fruits, vitamins and minerals are available. Always remember that health is wealth. Some of the foods rich in high protein are peanuts (24g of protein per 100g), boiled soybeans (12g per 100g), chicken breast (31g per 100g), Tuna canned (26g per 100g) etc. Intake of Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin C, and low carbohydrate foods will decrease the triglycerides in the human body. The human body needs dietary fats to perform many functions every day. You should avoid bad fats namely transfats and hydrogenated oils. The transfats are found in processed, refined and fast foods. They are dangerous to health.

To decrease triglycerides levels, you have to avoid or decrease the intake of certain foods like sugar, alcohol, carbohydrates, and certain fats. This helps to balance cholesterol level also. Moderate consumption of alcohol increases good cholesterol (HDL). Different forms of sugar like cakes, candies etc should be minimized. Make sure the fruit juice that you drink contains more fruit than sugar. Eating fruits in natural way is better than fruit juices. To decrease triglycerides levels, avoid foods like white rice, pastas or breads from white flour etc. The scientific term of fat deposits in the human body are triglycerides.
